Adds example outputs for each module, and uses github permalinks to show them on `PyPI`.
Example outputs are drawn by tests found in `/tests/`.

Plot PAF alignment blocks on a `matplotlib` axis.
Possible to collapse multiple mappings into on block, choosing the target contig that has the most coverage by the alignment.
