First release of electron tomography plugin
Compressed sensing reconstruction for electron tomography in 2D and 3D with Radon and Fourier operators (taken from the [pysap-mri plugin](https://github.com/CEA-COSMIC/pysap-mri)) with utils functions to convert sinogram to k-space data.
Dependencies
On top of all dependencies from pysap, [astra-toolbox](https://www.astra-toolbox.com/docs/install.html) is needed. Sparse2D is not used in this plugin.
