Fixed setup configurations. `pip` version of previous release was not usable. This is the first _pip-installable_ release.

Python port of the original [PHP Sastrawi](https://github.com/sastrawi/sastrawi) project v1.0.10 (the current latest version) :
- Refactored to follow Python naming convention for methods and variables
- Pass all test codes (except Disambiguator unit test codes which haven't been ported yet)
