Fixed a small bug where running commands that are aliased was updating the alias with the new arguments.

Fixed a bug where you couldn't call custom commands created with the alias feature.

Code cleanup, no functionality change

This release fixes a bug where we didn't return the Completed Process. HUGE oversight but it works properly now.
