Pysigma-backend-uberagent

This release bumps pySigma dependency to version to `^0.11.2`.

- Implemented a new backend option to specify the target version of uberAgent.

- Use raw string literals in `like` expressions to correctly match strings having paths attached.

- Remove rules that are causing false positives.

- Remove rules that are causing many false positives.
