Tested support for Python 3.11

No update, but publish nice badges on Pypi.org :-)

Add parameter to check logs order

Fix log file encoding to "utf-8" (even on Windows)
Add capability to check logs with regular expression (Pattern)

Updated methods:

* check_logs (added optional **timeout** argument)

Added properties:
* worker_index (current worker int index)
* test_logs (path to the current test log file)

Added methods:
* check_logs (to assert if some strings can be found in the current test logs)
