* Capitalize “LED” in the project description.
* Put license into a separate file.
* Use /usr/bin/env in shebang.
* Improve the setup script:
+ Fix Unicode error with Python 3 and LC_ALL=C.
+ Add Python version check.
+ Use distutils644 to normalize source tarball permissions etc.
* Improve API documentation:
+ Don't include copyright information.
+ Don't include Sphinx version.
