accidentally added some code that tries to call a list (the heck) so i fixed it

i optimized some stuff (mostly ttf_to_font) and it should be backwards compatible (i hope)

Massively adjusted the directory structure to fit a Python module

This update fixes some issues with LRC parsing like Tags, also now supporting the Offset tag.

_I attempted to add support for the Enhanced LRC format. It may or may not parse correctly - I won't provide support for it_

In this release, I fixed some small issues.

In the Christmas Spirit, I decided to finally release this. Enjoy!
