3.0.0

Major release! This version introduces many breaking changes, so some code that has already been written may need to be slightly modified. Please see the tutorials for the new names of functions and other details. This version introduces

1. Implementation of the single scatter simulation (SSS) technique for sinogram/listmode and time-of-flight / non-time-of-flight SPECT reconstruction. There are now 4 tutorials that demonstrate how to use this technique.
2. An example of the reconstruction of clinical PET data obtained on a GE Discovery MI scanner.
3. Removal of batch dimension for all 3D objects. This was confusing and generally unnecessary for the library, All objects are now 3D.
4. Renaming of certain functions, such as SPECT energy window estimation techniques.
5. Other minor changes as well. The new version requires python 3.11, so be sure to install the new version in an environment with that python.

2.1.1

* Add PET Sinogram system matrix reconstruction / tutorial
* Tutorial for developers to implement new system matrices

2.1.0

* Update the method in which multibed reconstruction is done

2.0.5

Fix DICOM save bug for SPECT

2.0.4

Add 2fa to pypi

2.0.3

* Minor fixes to a few bugs in previous versions
* A couple new reconstruction algorithms which will be put in tutorials in newer versions
* Ability to include scatter variance estimate in uncertainty calculations
* A couple updates to the tutorials
