Pyworkflowmax

Avoid loading modules on install.

- Fixed customfields endpoints.
- Removed underscore from endpoint names (seems more consistent).
- Added some validation on Credentials.
- Sorted WorkFlowMax repr output.

Initial pre-release. Putting/posting doesn't convert from dict to xml yet.
