Fixes a bug which prevented simulations with no intrinsic widths (either cell sizes or smoothing lengths) from running properly.

Fixed bug with user-supplied abundance tables

* The minimum required version of yt has been bumped up to 4.3.0.
* Cython 3.0 is now supported as a compile-time dependency for those building
pyXSIM from source.
* A subtle bug that caused photons created from cells or particles on the edges
of input regions to be scattered to large distances has been fixed.
