- Rework directory structure of the tool for easier system-wide installation and packaging.
- Extend the `--usb-modem` option of the tool and auto mode-switch the device to expose a Diag-over-USB interface whenever useful and possible, in order to cope with `/dev/diag` disappearing in certain Android 10-14 kernels.
- Add basic 5G support.
- Initial public tool versioning and PyPI publication.
