0.0.3

The v0.0.3 release updates a few errors from the previous version. This includes:

- Fixed a hardwired error that prevented tracking in the Eastern Pacific. The tracking code was previously hard-wired to have longitudinal bounds. This prevented the meridional averages of CV to be generated anywhere but over Africa and the Atlantic. This has been fixed, with a new user-designed input function in case users want to restrict the longitudinal bounds. Otherwise, default now allows Eastern Pacific wave tracking.
- Users can now dictate the starting bottom latitude for which meridional averages are taken. For example, 5N to 15N is the initial averaging band, which shifts to 10N to 20N by end of run. This adjustment may allow the code to be more customizable for certain regions of the work.

Note that this is still early release, as other bugs are identified and fixed.

0.0.2

This release fixed a small bug in the data preparation script that prevented longitudinal adjustment for datasets with 0 to 360 longitude coordinates. It should now work.

No other major changes were implemented.
