Fixes Balanced accuracy as defined in sklearn (https://github.com/paris-saclay-cds/ramp-workflow/pull/327)

* Bug: only deactivate colours when it is not supported by the user's prompt.
* Bug: sanitize submission file from user to forbid the execution of dangerous code.

* Fix a bug in windows by disabling colours in the prompt when running `ramp-test`.
