Ratetransformer

Calculate default characteristics based on cooling type where possible, and where these characteristic values are not provided.

Code now uses a Transformer class instead of running a function that returned a result list.

Export results as dictionary instead of a list.
Import example as json rather then hardcoded dictionary.

Everything should be working. Tests and examples are included.
