Add "turtle_iter" to the value that can be specified in the force-format option

Based on 1.1.0rc4 with some minor tweaks.

・Changed timing of outputting results to immediately after processing for each file
・Improved efficiency of referencing prefix URI dictionaries and class URI dictionaries

・The behavior of the --each option is now the default, and the previous default behavior is instead the --merge option.
・Some other small changes.

Fixes to prefix acquisition and class acquisition for some input file types

・When processing tar.gz or compressed zip directories, an option has been added(--tmp-dir) to specify the temporary directory to be used as the decompression destination.
・Added option(--tmp-dir-disk-usage-limit) to specify the maximum percentage of disk usage to which the temporary directory belongs.
