Reactionmechanizer

**ReactionMechanzizer** is a tool to model and graph out the species of chemical reactions. It supports simulating both simple steps and whole mechanisms. New features include:
- Removing intermediate species from the graph
- Animating reaction progression with video output
- Improved documentation supporting multiple versions
