Reddit-account-generator

In this update, account protector was removed as it is not needed.

And also other changes:
- Logging was upgraded
- All the constants were moved into the `reddit_account_generator.config` module
- Fixed incorrect proxy usage by email verifier
- Added base exception - RedditException
- Some small changes

Script changes:
- Added account generation support without any proxies, with user IP
- Upgraded logging
- Now script exit works properly
