Fix dependencies in standalone executable builds

Fixes several errors that would cause `--watch` to exit.

Installation
If you have Python installed

python -m pip install --user RemoveWindowsLockScreenAds
pythonw -m RemoveWindowsLockScreenAds --install

If you don't want to install Python, download the [standalone installer](https://github.com/clarkb7/RemoveWindowsLockScreenAds/releases/download/v0.3/RemoveWindowsLockScreenAds.noconsole.exe), press `WindowsKey+r`, then paste and run

%USERPROFILE%\Downloads\RemoveWindowsLockScreenAds.noconsole.exe --install
