Added pysam and sklearn to the list of dependencies.
Updated the dependency versions.

Added `resmico bam2feat` subcommand for creating feature tables from fasta & bam files.
Updated the docs and CI accordingly

Added filter subcommand to remove contigs predicted to be misassembled from a fasta of all contigs
