* Added ability to specify a SSL certificate to verify the peer.

- `--cacert`: Path to a file to use as a SSL certificate to verify the peer.


* Added ability to specify a client side SSL certificate.

- `--cert`: Path to a file to use as a client side SSL certificate
- `--key`: Path to a file to use as a client side SSL private key

- `--parser`: Set which parser to use to extract parts of a response content

- remove trailing newlines from a cell input
* Removed Python 2.7 support
