Updated to use Python 3.11 for release.

Updated the readme.

* Added various symbols to blacklist.
* Also automatically match unprefixed single-letter symbols, e.g. `A`, `V`. Previously, such symbols were not matched. As an exception, `I` is intentionally blacklisted and so it is not automatically matched.

* Updated the package description in `setup.py`.
