Modified order of css in reveal template to allow theme to override revealpack.css by default

Added notranslate to reveal and index templates to prevent unnecessary translation from modifying presentation layouts

fixed extra assets source so updates to revealpack.css are recognized by build mechanism

fixed bug with reveal math detection, updated config.json, adjust reveal config structure, added fullscreen and menuhide support for electron browser

Added readme generation to package

Updated readme, fixed spacing in package output for github action
