fixed bias orientation bug

Fixed a major bug, where the spectroscopy data in dI/dV and Iz maps was flipped with respect to the image data. Now the orientations match.

Fixed bug, where the spectroscopy position coordinates were loaded incorrectly. Fixed the method to check the number of spectra in the same position.

added version.py

Fixed a bug in the Gaussian function, where the width parameter was the HWHM, instead of the FWHM.
