Note: ClipReplayBufferCommand will not work with the Flatpak (Linux only) version of OBS Studio on Wayland. See [this Reddit post](https://www.reddit.com/r/Fedora/comments/10y574r/obs_studio_flatpak_on_wayland_hotkeys_dont_work/?rdt=56829) for more info. This does not affect Windows users, nor X11 users. Non-Flatpak versions of OBS were not tested.
