switched to more permissive mode.
fix for potential non-ascii chars in bytestream.

info streams can now be fetched as "cleaned" ascii strings.
rvt_info is now purely regex based.
added version handling for rvt > 2018.

now reads also the transmission data and gives an overview of linked models.
