S2-pi

There are no functional changes, but just a package rebuild so that installing from setup.py now works correctly.

1. Changed to the "connect" block to be a "waiting" block and include a one second delay to allow connection to complete.

2. Removed the one-second sleep in s2_pi.py since it is no longer necessary.

This release will automatically start the pigpiod daemon for you. In addition, the documentation describes how to install your extension as part of the Extension Libray page within Scratch 2. Finally, a utility is provided to convert .sbx files to .sb2 files as a workaround for a bug in the Scratch 2 editor.

Changed setup.py to call wget using a -P option

Updated the documentation and setup.py file. The pip utility cannot install files outside of the package when using a wheel, so to get the s2_pi.js extension file to install in the home directory properly, only setup.py can be used to install this package.
