Bug fixes

- `stream_zip` did not handle custom name deduplicators correctly.

Improvements

- Add helpers for streaming: `ResourceStream` & `ResourceStreamFunction` for reusable coroutine generators.
- Add support for zip streaming: `ZipStreamFile`, `name_deduplicator_default`, `create_zip_stream_resource`,
`zip_stream`.
- Add some streaming documentation. Its currently located under `scarletio/streaming/README.md`.

- Rename `__class_doc__` to `__type_doc__`.

- Support python 3.12 format string syntax when highlighting.
