There will be 0.0.7 before hopefully getting to 0.1.0, where API will be solidified.

This release:
Huge internal refactor to DRY up code.
Added external tools support.
Sphinx documentation added.
Huge number of features added!

Added README.md to manifest.in, allowing for the package to be pip installable again.

Fixing windows compatability

Adding compatability for python3

First set of functionality defined. The API is likely to change.

Absolute alpha release. Code is possibly helpful, but much should be done before anyone considers properly using it!
