Scripture-phaser

Fixed a fatal bug where `scripture_phaser` would crash if you tried to call the stats with zero recorded attempts.

Version 1.2.0 improves the end user experience when viewing their statistics.

(+) Gamification elements (recitation streak, attempt count in the past year, attempt by day heatmap)
(+) A count of how many times each verse has been attempted
(-) Statistics mode (it was encumbering and unnecessary)

Version 1.1.1 fixes a bug with Fast Recitation Mode where users would not get accurate verse recitation progress if they were reciting random single verses.
