Seafreeze

This release contains

- representations for IceVII and NaCl (aq)
- new thermodynamic variables: osmotic coefficient (phi), water activity (aw), apparent volume (Va), excess volume (Vex), activity coefficient (gam), excess Gibbs energy (Gex)
- pressure, temperature, and concentrations outside the range of the representation now return nan rather than extrapolated values
- bug fixes

This release includes updated README info for both the Matlab and Python versions. Authorship information now better reflects the contributors.

This release includes the ice II LBF representation and extend the range of validity of the SeaFreeze representation down to 130K (ice VI - ice XV transition).
