Selenate

Added new elements to selenate
- SelenateElements, created through find_elements_by_locator
- UrlElement, created when get is called.

TODO, documentation for both elements will be released shortly.

- Created the Selenate Element that wraps around the Selenium Web Element
- Fixed the selenium-server bug.

Documentation is setup, not good to go just yet though.

This should fix the issues where the selenium server isn't closing upon program completion

Didn't have **init**.py set-up properly, this will fix that.

IT LIVES!

Basic functionality is there; starting a selenium server within code, easier element location. Still needs work before I'll call it ready.
