Shivec

Wohoo !!!
ShiVec has reached version v1.0. There's still a lot more to do... ShiVec's basic features are (hopefully) working, so I decided to release this as version 1.0b. Things that I want to add to ShiVec in the future are:
* adding the option to use arithmetic operators for calculation with vectors
* more calculation features
* a wiki page
* improve the example

Finally, its done...
The "Base" of ShiVec is finished. This release supports most features i wanted ShiVec to have when i started this project. For a list and (hopefully) detailed description of ShiVecs features please check the wiki.
