First sim2bids release that supports .txt, .dat, .mat, .h5, .csv, .py, and .zip file extensions.
Functionality
- Preprocess data to match the accepted file types ([see here to learn more](https://docs.google.com/document/d/1345dHb46l_C7EgEdstzHswCGr1U0oux4ItFtbbmd2p0/edit?usp=sharing)).
- Convert files to BIDS standard according to [BEP034](https://docs.google.com/document/d/1NT1ERdL41oz3NibIFRyVQ2iR8xH-dKY-lRCB4eyVeRo/edit?usp=sharing).
- Add functionality to let users give their own input in JSON files.
- Add zip traversal to get weights, distances, centres, areas, average_orientations, cortical, and hemisphere files.
- Add viewer for converted JSON and TSV (tab-separated values) files.
- Add an in-app user guide.
