Simple-commons-uploader

* Removed `wgen` auth in favor of env variable auth

* bump dependency versions
* new scheme for adding categories to files in a folder to be uploaded by using `_` in folder names as a delimiter

* Bump dependency versions

* Configure logging in `_main()` so logs appear when invoked via console script
* Include `pwiki` in `setup.py`

* Now using`pwiki` as the client library
* Logging is now done via the builtin python `logging` module and `rich`

* fixed broken console scripts
