Smartprint

The "rich" dependency was missing from the previous release.

Documentation improvements were added to explain the pprint usages for Lists and Dicts

Major changes include:
- Pretty printing list and dict with `pprint`
- Allow more import keywords in nested prints
- Continuous integration working
