Snookey2

Added "snookey donate" where you can donate to me if you want to support me, and get special perks for doing so!
Added more text to Snookey2 to explain the setup process of streaming better, so it's easier to understand!
Fixed the "snookey version" command
A message will randomly pop up sometimes when you open up Snookey2 (doesn't happen often don't worry) saying how you can donate and all the perks to it!

Snookey2 is now a module! It is now recommended to follow the guide in the [README](https://github.com/IOnlyPlayAsDrift/Snookey2/blob/master/README.md) or on [PyPi](https://pypi.org/project/Snookey2/3.1.1/) instead of downloading from here. Only download the Python file if you need the code or you know what you're doing. Or both, doesn't really matter.

New Features:
You can now do "snookey chat subreddit streamid" to get your live chat feed in a command window if you don't want to open up your stream!
Snookey2 will now ask if you want to enable Discord Rich Presence when doing "snookey stream"
Added "snookey commands" if you want a full list of the current commands.

Fixed streaming on r/pan, and there will be a new tutorial soon on how to run Snookey v3.0! (Coming Soon...)

Unfortunately, I had to remove to remove the exe downloads due to issues with the exes, so join the Discord server for support on how to run the Python script!

I made a requirements.txt file you can run in pip to install all the modules for you, if you don't know how to do that just join the Discord or wait for the new tutorial!

- Added support for access keys that are 36 characters long as Snookey2 was only compatible with 40 character long access keys!
- Fixed a major bug that keeps you from streaming on r/PAN, just in time for RPAN tomorrow!

- Speaking of Discord, I fixed the Discord Rich Presence!
The program will stay open for a little over an hour and will automatically close so you can keep your Discord Rich Presence on your Discord profile. Snookey2 just has to be open to be connected to Discord, so you're free to minimize it so it's out of the way. You can close the program if you don't want it or don't care about it though!
- Discord Rich Presence now says the title of your stream in your status, along with the subreddit and URL as usual.
- Fixed crashing when connecting to Discord fails.
- Fixed some errors in text.

Bugs:
- List command doesn’t work sometimes, I’ll figure out a fix in the morning as I’m already in bed. Just don’t use the list command :(

Added Discord Rich Presence Integration!

If you show your Game Status on Discord, now everyone can see if you're:
- Setting up your RPAN stream
- Waiting for a broadcast spot
- Streaming with the stream link and which subreddit!
