Issues found on deployment's possibly due to a outdated aiohttp in my requirements.

this is a must needed update.

Moved transfer feed to its own header as it didn't work having to provide a leagueid to access it when you may not want to filter by a league.

added some more requests such as transfer feed and user data requests.
