- bug fix for in universal_cartesian conversion function for cometary orbits transformations
- calculate midpoint of exposures from the rubin_sim pointing databases and use this time rather using the start time of the observation
- removed command arguments related to creating and/or using a temporary ephemeris database. Also removed the functionality to create these temporary databases (no longer needed due to optimizations in ephemeris generation completed in 0.6 versions)
