- Updated symbols.py and ldscript/\*.ld to include symbols with the same name
- Change `::` to `_` in symbols.py to match with ldscript/\*.ld

- Fixed setup.cfg to include ldscript/

- Changed default output file name of `make_xml` to `code.xml`

- Explicitly set the default file encoding to utf8

- Implemented `build`, `make_xml` functions
