This release adds missing a missing EPSG prefix to generated Universal Transverse Mercator (UTM) coordinate reference system (CRS) codes.

This release fixes a problem with autodocumenting methods that was preventing a conda-forge build from completing.

This major revision refactors most of the low-level functionality of the TAT-C Python library, focusing on more rigorous software engineering practice. It includes new unit tests that provide significant coverage (99%) of the code base, new examples of TAT-C analysis capabilities in Jupyter notebooks, and significantly improved documentation on the companion [documentation site](https://tatc.readthedocs.io).

This release also temporarily removes the web-based application until we select a better project repository structure.
