We are pleased to announce the latest release, featuring a re-factored DesignAssembly class with some notable updates:
- **Streamlined Methods**: Redundant methods have been removed, leading to a more straightforward and efficient user experience.
- **Multiple Pads Support**: A significant addition to this release is the ability to add more than one pad. This feature allows you to create constructs with overlapping ends, which is particularly useful for plasmid cloning. It also enables easy integration of additional genetic elements into your assembly, such as a Kozak sequence, protein tags, or CRISPR-guides to name a few.
