Tensorly-sphinx-theme

Minor update, update logo for latest Sphinx version, remove jQuery, fix search.

Minor release, mostly updates the logo path to be logo_url to fix downstream docs.

Adds multiple improvements to the overall theme, including unified definition of external and internal links, dropdown in navbar, etc.
