- no longer runs `os.system('')` EVERY SINGLE TIME you run anything
- deprecation
- use [tranci](https://pypi.org/project/tranci) instead

- removed manifest.in which turned out to be literally useless
- changed minimum python version requirements from 3.6 to 3.7 because turns out pyproject.toml wasn't in 3.6
- removed unnecessary part from README.md
- fixed short description

this doesn't really change anything about the library so this is just a post-release

so many stuff added i cant think of them all
ok but mainly the README file is now more professional (because why not)

TerCol now uses pyproject.toml instead of the deprecated setup.py! ***This update should not change anything about the library itself.***
