This release allows running of TestDataTable with the command:

after being installed with pip.

This is the first release that is feature complete. in v0.1.0-alpha the API was complete but there was only a minimal GUI, now the GUI is complete as I intended it to be, I am always happy to consider suggestions for improving TestDataTable.
