Thanosql-magic

Renamed the thanosql module to thanosql_magic to avoid conflicts with the [thanosql-sdk](https://github.com/smartmind-team/thanosql-sdk-python)

- adding chunking and streaming for retrieving df from sql (only SELECT stmt)

- Hotfix: apply SQLAlchemy text only at executing query

- Hotfix: wrapped the query strings with a sqlalchemy text type when running pandas read_sql_query.

-  package version auto update by git tag (version.py removed)
