Merged 33 and 35, thanks michigan224 and gabefair. Sorry for the delay on getting this update out.

Update with `pip install --upgrade tikup`.

-Added `--folder`, which lets you set a custom destination for downloaded videos
-Added `--no-upload`, which lets you turn off uploads to the Internet Archive
