Timezones-cli

zoneinfo` introduced in Python3.9; backport zoneinfo for Python3.6+

Resolves 9

- Package upgrades on container image to remove CVEs related to expat and libuuid
- Handle lookup error on `add` sub-command.

- Add timezones using fuzzy keywords for the timezone :sparkles:
- Multiselect interactive menu for `add`, `search`, `select` , `remove`.
