timy is now an installable package from PyPI

-added the alias '-c' for '-r'

-added sound effect when timer ends
-this requires playsound to be installed
-the soundFile can be set in __init__.py

-added -t option for countdown timer

-changed name to timy
-"time" conflicts with Linux

-added argparse
-help message is now callable
-option -v added: prints version number
-option -r added: refreshes until stopped
