Tinyagents

This release includes:

1. Adding support for tracing using OpenTelemtry, OpenInference and Phoenix.
2. Added support for subgraphs (you can treat graphs as nodes).
3. Refactored a significant proportion of the codebase for simplicity and robustness.
4. Added documentation to some of the more higher-level APIs.

(17/07) As of version 1.1.0, you can now run and deploy TinyAgents graphs using Ray Serve 🎉
